An essential part of our business philosophy is ensuring that our customers are well served after project hand over.

We achieve this by ensuring that our customer staff are sufficiently trained to operate the plant, that all operation and maintenance manuals are handed over and are well understood and by ensuring that our customers know where and how to report to us their plant queries and malfunctions.

We maintain a service presence in most regions. Service support is provided either via our own dedicated service staff or via Group companies depending on the region. In many cases and depending on plant complexity, service is provided directly from our head office in Germany. In all cases, our service department is always involved in resolving customer difficulties.

In some projects we offer purpose built agreements which provide site support based on 24/7 basis. This is designed so that down time is minimized at our customer plant. Our Sales Engineers will be more than happy to discuss our custom made support agreement with you.
