Electrical & Control Panels Design
Motor control centers and control panel design and manufacture are carried out within our Group allowing us to achieve smooth integration of the automation and electrical networks we build in our plants.
Our specialized design department is equipped with the latest EPLAN software to provide detailed design information for our assembly shop including panel layout, single line diagrams and component selection with item lists.
Control panel design and production work include the following activities:
- Control philosophy development to suit the intended use
- Design of the control panels incorporating industrial programmable logic controllers – Siemens, Alan Bradley and ABB hardware
- Production of the control system panels
- Programming of the control software
- Programming for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems
- Functional tests of the control systems during the production phase.
We design, manufacture, test and commission MCC and control systems for refrigeration skids which we deliver to the oil gas, chemical, power generation and other market sectors.
